Mindful Movements is run by former professional athlete Nick Osipczak (UFC), who combines tried and tested training methods from Tai Chi, Yoga, and meditation. Learning how to develop in a sustainable way, the goal is to align mind, body and spirit. With an increased understanding of efficiency, participants are empowered with the knowledge of how to create a lifestyle of their choosing.
2 days training, 4 hours per day.
